I am the first to admit I do not do enough to 'give back'. That is going to change. It's not that I am not interested or can't be bothered. I think that there are so many worthy causes it's hard to know where to start and sometimes it's easier to walk away.

I donated to Help Haiti Home here through seeing Rainn Wilson's appeal on Twitter. It's a great cause, one of many, and I realised I could be doing so much more, however small and insignificant it may seem at the time.

Everybody should get on here, support each other causes and do what they can to support the world family. We are all in this together.
